Incorporated in 2003 and Headquartered in Saratoga Springs, New York, mySmartSimulations, Inc. is a leader in providing simulation-based training with a fierce eye on Safety for our clients.
Our background and experience allow them to implement their training program quickly and efficiently, while assisting them with developing their employees and distributors to their greatest potential. This, by making effective training, development and capability-building exponentially easier, while providing insightful data and quantifiable results.
Training is available in several languages allowing for productive training and measurable retention rates both nationally and internationally.
mySmartSim has a long and significant history of providing cost effective, sim-based training to many of the top medical device manufacturers in the world (among others), The United States Department of Veterans Affairs, prominent hospitals, medical, and nursing schools in the US and abroad, as well as manufacturers in a wide variety of industries. Many customers are repeat customers; some more than 50-100 times over.
mySmartSim developed, deployed and maintains the Breath Test Operators training and recertification for all 250,000+ Police officers and Peace officers in New York State, which holds the distinction of being the 'Gold Standard' for police training in the U.S.
We were required to prove our ability to develop and deploy this project in a highly litigated segment as well as to provide the assurance that we could support many thousands of users, and that the training would hold up in court.
The training of police officers is routinely examined in court and we are proud to note that since 2005 the training has weathered every last storm. Moreover, the individuals responsible for working with mySmartSim to develop and implement the training program note that they were promoted as a result. Our eye on safety and our presentation of the content has received unprecedented compliments, and the Chief of Training and Exercises at The Office of Homeland Security was quoted, saying that
....'The Best thing to happen to the New York State Division of Criminal Justice, Office of Public Safety...is mySmartSim'. Their return on investment was realized ‘out of the gate’ and the training has saved New York State, (in their words)… 'a kajillion dollars' on overtime, travel, lodging and importantly, litigation.
Per our discussion, mySmartSim is well-suited to work closely with SSI while vigorously protecting their trade secrets. Over the years, mySmartSim has been trusted by the top medical device manufacturers in the world as we simultaneously have brought their 'latest and greatest' devices and techniques to life…we liken it to working with Coke and Pepsi at the same time and we have been trusted without a single incident for the past 15 years.
SSI will be in great hands with mySmartSim.
We have been a customer without interruption for 13 years. mySmartSimulations, Inc. has been a great partner and very supportive in all our service needs.

It has just come to my attention that we have just surpassed the 10 year-mark of us working together! It has been an amazing journey and I cannot "Thank You" enough for all of your help, patience, and direction. Our training platform has evolved tremendously over that time and we have certified thousands of internal employees and external Sales Representatives worldwide! It’s hard to imagine that we’ve partnered to build over 60 interactive training modules that truly have helped us become one of the largest competitors in the orthopedic field globally! It's been wonderful just picking-up the phone or sending a quick e-mail to get some clarity with challenges both big and small! The turn-around time is nearly immediate and super helpful! We look forward to another 10 years! The customer service has been nearly family-like with the personal service that each one of you provide!
We look forward to having mySmartSims continue to help us develop new training modules and assist in launching new innovative products! Thank you again!
